Two-Ingredient Pumpkin Cake with Apple Cider Glaze

Ingredients
1 can (15 oz) pumpkin puree
1 box spice cake mix
1 cup apple cider
1 cup powdered sugar
Directions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the pumpkin puree and the spice cake mix. Stir until well blended.
Spread the pumpkin cake batter evenly into the prepared baking dish.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
While the cake is baking, prepare the apple cider glaze by whisking together the apple cider and powdered sugar in a small bowl until smooth.
Let the cake cool for 10 minutes in the pan, then drizzle the apple cider glaze over the warm cake.
Allow the glaze to set for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
