Corn Frito Dip Recipe:

Ingredients:
– 2 cans of Mexicorn
– 1 can of Rotel diced green chiles (regular or hot)
– 8 green onions, sliced
– 1 cup mayo
– 8 oz sour cream
– 2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese
Serve with:
– 1 bag of Fritos (or your preferred chips)
Garnish with cilantro
Instructions:
1. In a mixing bowl, combine the above. Mix well.
2. Chill 2 hours or overnight. Serve with Fritos.
Variation: You can also choose to bake these with some crushed Fritos if you wish and serve the dip hot!
