Apple, Raisin and Almond Muffins

Directions
Prepare the pan:
Mix the flour and butter and use it to coat a muffin pan. For the most accurate results, choose a 9- or 10-inch pan.

Prepare a mixing bowl and whisk in the egg.
After adding the sugar, salt and vanilla sugar, stir until creamy.

While whisking constantly, gradually add the milk and vegetable oil.
The flour and baking powder should be mixed in a separate bowl.
While whisking constantly, slowly incorporate the flour mixture into the liquid components.
Prepare the filling:
After peeling, coring, and slicing the apple, set it aside. A little lemon juice can prevent the apple slices from browning, so mix them in.
Stir in the chopped almonds and raisins.

Mix the cinnamon and sugar in a small bowl.
Assemble the muffins:
Once the muffin tin is ready, pour in the batter.
Evenly distribute the almond, apple, and raisin combination over the batter.
