Ingredients:
1 brie (or camembert) cheese, cut into cubes
A few walnuts, roughly chopped
Green grapes
Honey for garnish
Wooden skewers
Instructions :
Place a cube of brie on each serving plate.
Add a small amount of chopped walnuts on top of the brie.
Thread a green grape onto each piqué, then place it on top of the cheese.
Drizzle honey over the bites and serve.

Breaded Zucchini Chips
Ingredients:
1 zucchini cut into slices
50 g flour
1 beaten egg
50 g breadcrumbs
Salt and pepper
Oil for frying
Instructions :
Lightly salt the zucchini rounds and let them rest for 10 minutes.
Dip each round in the flour, then in the beaten egg, and finally in the breadcrumbs.
Heat the oil in a skillet and fry the rounds until golden brown.

Baozi Stuffed with Meat and Chives
Ingredients:
300g flour
1 tsp instant yeast
150ml warm water
200g minced pork
1 bottle chopped chives
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp sesame oil
Salt and pepper
Black sesame seeds for garnish
Oil for cooking
Instructions :
In a bowl, mix the flour, yeast and water to form a dough. Knead for 10 minutes, then let rest for 1 hour.
Mix the ground pork, chives, soy sauce, sesame oil, salt and pepper.
Divide the dough into small balls, roll out each ball and place a spoonful of filling in the center. Fold the edges to form buns.
Arrange the baozi in a hot oiled pan, sprinkle with black sesame seeds, cover and cook for 10 minutes over medium heat.
Serve hot with soy or chili sauce.
