    For the dough:
    – 4 eggs
    – 100 g sugar
    – 100 g flour

    – 100 g butter

    – 200 ml full-fat liquid cream

    1. Preheat the oven to 180Β°C (350Β°F). Butter and flour a log mold.
    2. For the dough: Beat the eggs with the sugar until the mixture whitens. Add the flour and yeast, mix gently. Pour the dough into the mold and bake for 10-12 minutes. Let cool.
    3. For the filling: Peel, core and slice the apples. Melt the butter in a frying pan, add the sugar and caramelize. Add the apples, cinnamon and lemon juice. Cook until the apples are tender.
    4. Assembly: Unmold the cooled log dough, spread the caramelized apples on the dough and roll up carefully.
    5. For the whipped cream: Whip the very cold liquid cream with the icing sugar and vanilla extract until you obtain a firm whipped cream.
    6. Cover the log with whipped cream using a spatula. Decorate according to your taste.
    7. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
