Instructions:
Prepare the Crust:
Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C). Line a 9Ă13-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press the mixture evenly into the prepared pan. Bake for 8â10 minutes, then let cool.
Make the Cheesecake Filling:
Beat cream cheese and sugar together until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
Stir in heavy cream and vanilla extract until fully incorporated.
Bake:
Pour the cheesecake mixture over the cooled crust. Bake for 35â40 minutes, or until the center is just set. Remove from the oven and let cool to room temperature.
