Add Vanilla and Mix-ins
Stir in the vanilla extract. Add the dried fruits, mixed nuts, and mini marshmallows, gently folding until they are evenly distributed throughout the chocolate mixture.

Pour into Pan
Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and spread it evenly with a spatula, pressing it down gently to ensure an even layer.

Chill
Refrigerate the fudge for at least 2 hours, or until it is firm.

Cut and Serve
Once set, lift the fudge out of the pan using the parchment paper overhang. Cut into squares and serve.
