WHEAT BREAD RECIPE

    Ingredients
    1kg wheat flour
    1kg all purpose flour
    50g sugar
    100g butter (Melted)
    20g milk
    1 teaspoon vanilla flavor
    4 tablespoons yeast
    2 eggs (optional)
    2 teaspoon salt
    Warm Water
    ½ teaspoon preservative
    ½ teaspoon Improver

    Directions
    Proof the yeast.

    Pour all purpose flour in a container.

    Add wheat flour, proofed yeast, sugar, salt, butter, egg, milk and flavor.

    Mix with warm water to form soft dough. Keep aside to rise. Add improver, and knead afresh.
    Place in greased loaf pan.

    Egg wash and allow to rice for some minutes.

    Bake in preheated oven until done.
