    Ingredients
    1 small cabbage, finely shredded
    1 small onion, finely chopped
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1 carrot, grated
    2 eggs
    1/2 cup all-purpose flour

    1 teaspoon salt

    Prepare the Vegetables:
    In a large bowl, combine the shredded cabbage, chopped onion, minced garlic, and grated carrot.
    Mix the Batter:
    In a separate bowl, beat the eggs and then add the flour, Parmesan cheese, chopped parsley, salt, black pepper, paprika, and baking powder. Mix until well combined.
