Tuscan Steak Gorgonzola with Alfredo Fusion
Ingredients:
4 ribeye or sirloin steaks (6-8 oz each)
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tbsp olive oil
1/2 cup Gorgonzola cheese, crumbled
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup white wine
1 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
1 tbsp fresh thyme, chopped
2 tbsp butter
Optional: fresh parsley for garnish

Season steaks with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
Sear steaks for 4-5 minutes per side, or until desired doneness. Remove from skillet and let rest.
In the same skillet, add garlic and cook until fragrant (about 1 minute).
Deglaze with white wine, scraping up any browned bits from the pan. Reduce wine by half.
Stir in heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, rosemary, and thyme. Simmer until sauce thickens.
Add Gorgonzola cheese and butter, stirring until cheese melts and sauce is smooth.
Return steaks to the skillet, spoon sauce over them, and heat for an additional 1-2 minutes.
Serve steaks topped with Gorgonzola Alfredo sauce. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
