Prepare the Mac and Cheese:
Cook the elbow macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Stir in the milk and cheeses (cheddar, mozzarella, and Parmesan), and cook until the cheese is melted and creamy.
Add the cooked macaroni to the cheese sauce and stir to coat. If the sauce is too thick, add a little more milk. Season with salt and pepper. Set aside.
Cook the Bacon:
In a skillet, cook the bacon until crispy. Drain on paper towels and set aside.
Make the Burger Patties:
Divide the ground beef into 4 equal portions and shape them into patties. Season both sides with salt and pepper.
Heat olive oil in a skillet (or preheat the grill) over medium-high heat. Cook the burger patties for about 4-5 minutes per side or until they reach your desired doneness.

During the last minute of cooking, top each patty with 1 slice of cheddar, 1 slice of American cheese, and 1 slice of Swiss cheese. Cover the skillet or close the grill to melt the cheese.
Assemble the Burger:
Toast the burger buns if desired.
Place the lettuce and tomato (if using) on the bottom bun.
Add the cheese-covered burger patty on top.
Spoon a generous amount of mac and cheese onto the patty.
Top with crispy bacon strips and add the top bun.
Serve:
Serve immediately with pickles and your favorite sides like fries or onion rings.
