You may season fries to taste, and they work as a side, an appetizer, or even a main meal when topped with another ingredient. You may do it in a healthy manner without ingesting as much oil as previously.
The first step is to obtain the following ingredients: 2 beaten egg whites, 1 kilogram of potatoes, and spices to taste (your choice of Provencal, paprika, salt, ground pepper, rosemary, or any combination thereof).

Before cutting, peel the potatoes.
The second step is to wash and peel the potatoes. After that, cut them into whichever shape you choose. Sticks, slices, or very thin cubes are the best shapes to use.
Beat the egg whites until they are glossy.
To make the egg whites, beat the two eggs in a basin and add the seasonings of your choice.
Mix the potatoes together
Combine the diced potatoes, egg, and seasonings. When everything is in its proper location, you need to set up
wrap everything in parchment paper and set on a roasting pan or baking sheet.

After you’ve combined all of the ingredients and arranged them on the baking paper in the mold or tray, it’s time to pop it in the oven and cook it for 8 to 10 minutes.
