This Drink Can Help You Sleep Better By Consuming It One Hour Before Bedtime!

Try this banana and cinnamon drink if you have trouble sleeping or if your nights are restless and you often wake up tired.

You will need:

A raw banana
Half a liter of water
A pinch of cinnamon
Preparation:

Boil the water
Cut the banana into slices and add them to the water. Let it boil for 10 minutes.
Pass this mixture through a strainer and add a pinch of cinnamon.
It is advisable to consume the drink an hour before going to bed, with only one large glass per night, in order to avoid having to get up during the night to go to the toilet – which would be the last irritant!
