Orange Rosemary Glazed Christmas Ham: A Christmas Classic Enhanced with Flavours

1 cooked ham (about 1.5 kg)
The juice of 2 oranges
1 tablespoon of orange zest
2 sprouts of fresh rosemary
3 tablespoons of brown sugar
2 tablespoons of mustard

Mix the orange juice, orange zest, sugar, mustard, rosemary, salt and pepper in a bowl.
Soak the ham with this mixture and bake for 1 hour, sprinkling it every 20 minutes with the cooking juice.
If necessary, raise the temperature to 200Β°C for the last 10 minutes to get a nice golden glaze.
Serve the ham with vegetable mashed or a fresh salad.
