Ingredients:
12 jalapeño peppers

6 ounces of bbq sauce

2. Slice jalapeños in a “T” shape, removing seeds and membranes. Place on a baking sheet. Bake for 10 minutes.
3. Transfer jalapeños to ice water briefly, then pat dry. Increase oven temperature to 350°F (175°C).
4. Fill each jalapeño with 1 tablespoon cream cheese, add brisket, and wrap with bacon.

6. Bake for 30 minutes.
7. Remove from oven, brush with BBQ sauce, and bake for 5 more minutes.
