Texas Corn Nuggets Recipe:

Ingredients:
11 ounces of whole kernel corn, drained
11 ounces of creamed corn
1/2 cup of all-purpose flour
1/2 cup of yellow cornmeal
1 egg white
2 tablespoons of milk
Salt and pepper to taste
3 cups of vegetable oil for deep frying
Instructions:
1. Combine creamed corn and drained whole kernel corn in a bowl.
2. Freeze spoonfuls of the corn mixture on a greased, foil-lined baking sheet for about 3 hours.
3. Heat 1 inch of vegetable oil to 350°F (175°C) in a large skillet or deep-fryer.
4. Mix cornmeal, flour, egg white, milk, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
