- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning mix
- 1 (10 oz) can diced tomatoes with green chilies, drained
- 1 (10.75 oz) can condensed cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 (30 oz) bag frozen hashbrown potatoes
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup chopped green onions
- Salt and pepper to taste

- In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned and crumbled. Drain any excess fat.

- Cover the slow cooker with the lid and cook on low heat for 4-6 hours, or until the hashbrowns are tender and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Once cooked, turn off the slow cooker and let the casserole sit for 10-15 minutes before serving.
