Sweetened Condensed Milk Snowballs

Ingredients
1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
2 cups shredded coconut
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup finely chopped nuts (such as pecans or walnuts)
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup powdered sugar, for rolling
Directions
In a large mixing bowl, combine the sweetened condensed milk, shredded coconut, vanilla extract, chopped nuts, and salt. Stir until all ingredients are well incorporated.
Cover the mixture and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow it to firm up.
Once the mixture is firm, use a small cookie scoop or your hands to form 1-inch balls.
Roll each ball in powdered sugar until fully coated.
Place the snowballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
