White Chocolate Strawberry Truffles are cute, delicious, super easy to make, and a great bite-sized dessert option. While I love a good white chocolate truffle, when you add strawberry flavor, it makes them so much more refreshing, plus they seem delicate.

Their soft pink appearance would look great on a dessert table for baby showers, wedding parties, or any summer gathering. Because of their appearance, you may want to whip up a batch of this delicious treat to go with your treat.

Although I will be using an extract for this strawberry truffle recipe, you can use fresh strawberries when making one or these tasty ones. Do you love homemade truffles? Try ours too.

    Substitutions and variations

If necessary, replace the chopped white chocolate (bars or pieces) with chocolate chips.
Use forks and additional melted white chocolate to dip them instead of rolling them in powdered sugar, similar to how we coat ours.
To make a raspberry version, swap the extracts and follow the same recipe.
Drizzle or decorate the outside with dark or milk chocolate. Melt it, then transfer it into a piping bag. Cut off the corner and start decorating!
Adding mini dark chocolate chips to the truffles will also give it a nice rich bite.

    Instructions:

Step 1: Place the white chocolate chips in a medium bowl and set aside.

Melted butter in a bowl and chocolate chips in a smaller bowl just above.
Step 2: Melt the butter in a saucepan, then add the cream. Over medium heat, bring it to a boil.
