Ingredients:

1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
1 cup granulated sugar
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup heavy cream
Directions:

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and line an 8×8-inch square baking pan with parchment paper.
In a medium bowl, whisk together the cocoa powder, flour, baking powder, and salt. Set aside.
In a separate large bowl, cream the butter and sugar together until light and fluffy, about 3-4 minutes.
Add the eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, mixing until just combined.
In a microwave-safe bowl, heat the heavy cream until it begins to simmer, then pour over the chocolate chips. Stir until smooth and fully melted.
Pour half of the batter into the prepared pan and spread it evenly. Add the melted chocolate ganache over the batter, leaving a small border around the edges.
