Spaghetti salad with turkey breast and cheese

    Ingredients

    250g spaghetti
    400 g turkey breast, cooked
    100 g cheese (Emmental)
    2 peppers
    2 bunches of radishes
    4 tomatoes
    2 egg(s), hard-boiled
    4 tbsp crème fraîche
    1 cup of yogurt, lean
    3 tbsp tomato ketchup
    1 syringe of Tabasco
    1 tbsp vinegar
    Salt
    Paprika powder, sweet
    Chives, rolls

    Break the spaghetti 1-2 times, put it in boiling salted water, cook for 10-12 minutes and rinse with cold water in a sieve.

    Cut the turkey breast into strips of equal thickness and the cheese into thin sticks. Halve the peppers, wash them, dry them and cut them into strips.

    Wash the radishes, dry them and cut them into slices. Wash, dry and chop the tomatoes. Peel the eggs and cut them into slices. Mix everything loosely in a bowl.

    Mix the creme fraiche, yogurt, tomato ketchup, Tabasco, vinegar, salt and paprika powder well and dress the salad with it. Finally, sprinkle the chive rolls on top.
