Introduction
Chicken, Noodles and Vegetable Skillet Dinner One skillet dinner is a healthy and wholesome dish. Perfect for the family on the go, it features tender chicken, delicious noodles and colorful vegetables to make a meal. What makes it the best? The dishes don’t take too long to do afterwards.
Ingredients
1 pound (450 g) chicken breast or thighs, cut into pieces large enough to eat in one bite
225g egg noodles or other favorite type of noodles
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 medium onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1 pepper (red, yellow or green), finely chopped
1 degree centigrade broccoli
1 cup snow peas or sweet peas

1 medium carrot, sliced
1 cup broth
3 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tbsp Hoisin sauce optional with sweet garnish
1 teaspoon dried thyme or Italian spice mix
Salt and black magpie to taste
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley, optional garnish or just for show

Cook the noodles: Noodles, in a large pot filled with boiling salted water, should be boiled according to package directions until al-dente. Drain and set aside.
To sauté the chicken: In a large skillet or frying pan, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Place the chicken pieces and cook until both sides are golden brown and cooked through, about 5 to 7 minutes. The chicken is then removed from the pan and set aside.
Cook the vegetables: If necessary, add a little more olive oil to the same pan. Add the onion and garlic and sauté for about 2 delicious minutes until fragrant and translucent. Follow with the addition of the bell pepper, broccoli, snow peas and carrot. For about 5 to 7 minutes, toss the vegetables until tender-crisp.
