    Ingredients:
    – 4 salmon fillets
    – 2 tablespoons olive oil
    – Salt and pepper to taste
    – 1 shallot, minced
    – 2 cloves garlic, minced
    – 4 cups fresh spinach
    – 1 cup heavy cream
    – 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
    – Lemon wedges for serving

    Step 1: Season Salmon
    Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper.
    Step 2: Cook Salmon
    Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook the salmon fillets for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until cooked to your desired level of doneness. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
