Rougail Sausage with Red Beans and Creole Spices

    Flavors of the Island: Rougail Sausage and Spicy Red Beans 🌺 Save
    Ingredients :
    4 smoked Creole sausages
    1 can of red beans
    4 tomatoes
    1 chopped onion
    2 cloves of garlic
    1 chili pepper (optional)
    1 sprig of thyme
    1 piece of ginger 1 tbsp. with Sel
    oil soup , poivre

    Preparation:
    Cooking starter: Blanch sausages in boiling water for 10 minutes, then chop.
    Rye base: Return onion, garlic and grated ginger to a pan with oil.
    Add tomatoes: Add chopped tomatoes, chilli and thyme, boil to make a sauce.
    Stir in sausage and beans: Add pod and beans. Salt, pepper, and boil for 15 minutes.
    Serving: Serve with rice or grains
