Procedure
1. Preheat the oven to 180 Β° C and prepare a baking pan by coating it with baking paper or greasing it with butter and flour.
2. In a large bowl, beat the eggs with the sugar, vanilla sugar and a pinch of salt until you get a foamy compound.
3. Melt butter and let it simmer. Add it to the egg and sugar compound along with the ricotta, mixing well until you get a homogeneous dough.
4. In another bowl, sift the flour with baking powder. Gradually add the flour mixture to the damp compound, mixing gently until you achieve a smooth dough.
5. Finally, incorporate the raisins into the batter, gently stirring to distribute it evenly.
6. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and level the surface with a spatula.
