    Ingredients / for 4 people:

    – 1 puff pastry
    – 200 g bacon
    – 2 large onions
    – 1 to 2 potatoes depending on size (precooked in advance)
    – 1 large Camembert
    – 1 egg for brownin

    Preparation:

    Step: 1
    Preheat to 190° (Th 6-7). Peel and slice the onion. Brown it in a pan with the bacon. Cut the cheese into 3 lengthwise. Cut the potatoes into slices.
