    Potato Fritters: How to Make Them in Just a Few Steps!

    Crispy on the outside and so cheesy on the inside, this recipe is a must! Good preparation dear fans.

    Ingredients :

    1 kg (2 pounds) boiled potatoes

    2 egg yolks

    ½ teaspoon nutmeg

    Salt and pepper to taste

    100 g (1 cup) grated Parmesan cheese

    3 tablespoons chopped parsley

    2 eggs

    breadcrumbs for coating

    1 block of mozzarella cheese

    Peel and mash the cooked potatoes.

    Mix the mashed potatoes with salt, pepper, nutmeg, egg yolks and parmesan cheese.

    Cut the cheese into rectangles.

    Take a few spoonfuls of mashed potatoes and form a patty, wrap it around the cheese making sure it is completely covered.

    Whisk 2 eggs and cover each potato fritter with egg and breadcrumbs.

    Fry for 6-7 minutes or until evenly browned.
