Directions
1. In a medium bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar until well combined.
2. Press the mixture into the bottom of an 8×8-inch dish, forming a firm crust.
3. In another bowl, combine the softened cream cheese with half of the whipped topping. Beat until smooth.
4. Spread the cream cheese mixture over the crust evenly.
5. In the same bowl, mix the drained pineapple with the remaining whipped topping until well combined.
6. Spread the pineapple mixture over the cream cheese layer.
7. Chill in the refrigerator for at least four hours, preferably overnight, to allow the dessert to set.
8. Before serving, optionally garnish with more whipped topping and a sprinkle of graham cracker crumbs.
