Philly Steak Cheese Fries
Ingredients
1 lb frozen French fries
½ lb ribeye steak, thinly sliced
1 tbsp olive oil
1 small onion, thinly sliced
1 green bell pepper, thinly sliced (optional)
1 cup shredded provolone or mozzarella cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley for garnish

Cook the fries: Prepare the French fries according to package instructions until crispy and golden.
Sauté the steak and veggies: While the fries cook, heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the sliced steak, onion, and bell pepper (if using). Cook for 4-5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the steak is browned and the onions are soft. Season with salt and pepper.
Assemble the fries: Once the fries are ready, spread them out on a large serving plate. Top with the sautéed steak mixture, then sprinkle with shredded cheese.
Melt the cheese: Place the fries under a broiler for 1-2 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Serve: Garnish with freshly chopped parsley and serve hot!
