Preheat and Bake: Preheat your oven according to the instructions on the waffle fries bag. Bake the fries until they’re crispy and golden.
Cook the Steak: While the fries are baking, heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Season the thinly sliced steak with garlic salt and black pepper. Add the steak to the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes until browned.
Sauté the Veggies: Add sliced green bell pepper and onion to the skillet. Sauté until the vegetables are tender and the steak is fully cooked, about 5-7 minutes.
Assemble the Fries: Once the fries are ready, remove them from the oven. Spread the cooked steak and vegetables evenly over the fries.
Melt the Cheese: Layer the White American Cheese slices over the steak and veggies. Place the loaded fries back in the oven for 3-5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Serve and Enjoy: Serve these delicious Philly Steak Cheese Fries hot and watch them disappear!
