    Ingredients:

    2.2 lbs (1 kg) Ground

    beef mixture
    ¼ cup breadcrumbs
    ½ cup grated cheddar cheese
    1 tablespoon Knorrox All-in-one seasoning
    1 teaspoon olive oil
    2 cups penne pasta, cooked according to package directions, drained, and set aside
    ¼ cup mushrooms, sliced
    ½ onion, chopped
    1 teaspoon crushed garlic
    ¼ cup green pepper, diced
    1 tomato, grated
    250 ml fresh cream
    1 tablespoon Knorrox All-in-one seasoning

    Prepare the Meatballs: Combine ground

    beef, breadcrumbs, cheddar cheese, Knorrox All-in-one seasoning, and olive oil in a large bowl. Roll into balls and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 20 minutes or until fully cooked.
    Cook the Penne Pasta: Cook penne pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
    Prepare the Sauce: In a large pan, sauté onions, green pepper, and garlic until softened. Add grated tomato and mushrooms, cook for an additional 2 minutes. Pour in fresh cream, simmer over medium heat for 5 minutes.
