Orange Cheesecake 🧀

Step 1: Preheat the Oven 🔥
1️⃣ Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C) and spray a 9-inch springform pan with non-stick spray. Set aside.
Step 2: Prepare the Crust 🥄
2️⃣ In a bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Mix until well combined, then press the mixture firmly into the bottom of the prepared pan.
Step 3: Make the Cheesecake Filling 🎂
3️⃣ In the bowl of a stand mixer (or a large bowl using a hand mixer), add the cream cheese and mix until smooth and creamy.
4️⃣ Gradually add the sugar and mix until fully incorporated.
5️⃣ Add the vanilla yogurt, vanilla extract, salt, orange juice, and orange zest. Mix until all ingredients are well combined.
Step 4: Incorporate the Eggs 🥚
6️⃣ With the mixer on low speed, add the eggs one at a time, mixing just until barely incorporated after each addition. Be careful not to overmix.
Step 5: Bake the Cheesecake 🔪
7️⃣ Pour the cheesecake batter into the prepared springform pan. To prevent leaks, place the springform pan on a cookie sheet lined with foil.
8️⃣ Place the cheesecake in the preheated oven on the center rack and bake for 85-90 minutes. The edges should be slightly puffed and golden, while the center should jiggle like jello but spring back to the touch.
