Norman Apple Cake

Preparation:
Preheat your oven to 180°C.
Peel and cut the apples into thin slices. Mix them with 50g of sugar and cinnamon, then return them to the pan with 30g of butter.
Mix eggs, remaining sugar, flour, yeast, milk and sour cream in a large bowl. Insert caramelized apples into the batter.
Pour the batter into a buttered mold and bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the cake is nicely golden brown and baked inside.
Let cool and serve with a touch of either cool cream or vanilla ice cream.

Cooking time: 40 minutes
