    This recipe for Pepperoni Pizza Bread is a simple and delicious way to enjoy pizza without the hassle of making a whole pie. It’s a perfect appetizer or snack that’s easy to customize with your favorite toppings.

    Ingredients:
    For the Bread:

    Ingredient Quantity
    French or Italian bread (unsliced) 1 loaf
    Pizza sauce 1 1/2 cups
    Shredded mozzarella cheese 2 cups
    Grated Parmesan cheese 1/2 cup
    Pepperoni slices 1/2 cup (or more)
    Black olives (sliced, optional) 1/4 cup
    Green bell pepper (diced, optional) 1/4 cup
    Italian seasoning 1/2 teaspoon
    Garlic powder 1/4 teaspoon
    Butter (melted) 2 tablespoons

    Crushed red pepper flakes
    Fresh basil or parsley
    Instructions:
    Preheat Oven: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil.
    Prepare Bread: Slice the French or Italian loaf in half lengthwise. Brush cut sides with melted butter and sprinkle with garlic powder and Italian seasoning.
    Add Sauce and Cheese: Spread pizza sauce evenly over both halves of the bread. Sprinkle with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
    Add Toppings: Arrange pepperoni slices on top of the cheese. Add other desired toppings.
    Bake: Place pizza bread in preheated oven and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly and edges of the bread are golden brown. For extra crispness, broil for an additional 1-2 minutes.
    Slice and Serve: Remove pizza bread from oven and let cool for a minute. Slice into strips or squares. Garnish with fresh basil or parsley. Serve with extra pizza sauce or crushed red pepper flakes.
