Any kind of chocolate dish is my husband’s favorite. We do treat ourselves on vacations, even though we try to eat healthily most of the year. I baked a chocolate mound cake for my husband’s Father’s Day celebration this year, and he declared it to be my finest cake creation to date. I generally like to make everything from scratch when we eat, but I cheated and bought a cake mix. Momma wanted an easy answer because my morning sickness is still hitting me every day, even though it’s getting better. My family gave this chocolate mound cake such high marks that I felt compelled to share it with you.
