Mix the melted butter with the milk and honey.
Mix the egg whites and sugar, and then add the yolk, vanilla, and flour. Mix four tablespoons of the batter with the butter mixture, and then combine everything. Pour the batter into the mini moulds and bake for 7 minutes at 320°F (160°) and 15 minutes at 300°F (150°).
