MILK BREAD AND BUTTER

1. In a bowl, put the milk, sugar, dry yeast, melted butter and eggs, mix well.
2. Add the soft wheat flour, then the salt and mix.
3. Knead until you get a soft and smooth dough. Then cover and let it rest for 1 hour or until it doubles in volume.
4. Remove all the air from the dough.
5. Divide into 27-30 portions and shape into balls, then stretch and roll the dough.
6. Place in a greased tin, cover and let rise until doubled in size.
7. Brush with 1 egg yolk and 1 teaspoon of milk. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 25 minutes.
