Marinate the Steak: In a large bowl, combine lime juice, orange juice, garlic, olive oil, white vinegar, cilantro, cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Add the steak and make sure it’s well coated in the marinade. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours (overnight is best for deeper flavor).

Grill the Carne Asada: Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Grill the steak for about 5-7 minutes per side, depending on your preferred doneness. Let the steak rest for a few minutes before slicing it thinly against the grain.

Warm the Tortillas: While the steak is resting, warm the corn tortillas on the grill or in a skillet until soft and pliable.

Assemble the Tacos: Place a few slices of carne asada on each tortilla. Top with finely chopped onion, cilantro, and a squeeze of fresh lime juice. Add salsa if desired.

Serve: Enjoy your street tacos with extra lime wedges and salsa on the side!
