Semmelbrösel: 150 g
Cheese (e.g. Gouda or Emmental): 120 g
Cooked ham: 120 g
Grated cheese: 60 g
Chicken breast fillets: 10 slices
Birra Extra Oliva Autoctona
How to prepare the stuffed meat rolls:
Mix the breadcrumbs with the grated cheese.
Rub the chicken breast fillets with the extra virgin olive oil and the bread in the breadcrumb mixture.
Place the cheese and cooked ham on each slice of meat and roll up. Secure the rolls with toothpicks.
Drizzle a little olive oil on a baking tray and place the rolls on top.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 25 minutes.
