    Lone Star Dark Chocolate Cake
    Ingredients:
    For the cake:
    2 cups all-purpose flour
    2 cups granulated sugar
    3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
    2 teaspoons of baking soda
    1 teaspoon of chemical yeast
    1 teaspoon of salt
    1 cup buttermilk
    1 cup vegetable oil

    1 teaspoon vanilla extract

    The preparation :
    1. Preheat the oven
    Preheat the oven to 175°C (350°F). Grease and butter a 9×13-inch baking pan to prevent the cake from sticking.
    2. Mix the dry ingredients
    Sift all-purpose flour, granulated sugar, unsweetened cocoa powder, baking soda, baking powder, and salt into a large bowl. Sieving allows you to obtain a smooth, lump-free mixture.
