LOADED CHICKEN & POTATOES – OMG DON’T LOSE THIS

    ingredients
    470g boneless chicken breast, I cut into 1-inch cubes.
    8 medium red potatoes, peeled and cut into 1/2 cubes.

    2 tablespoons garlic powder.

    1 teaspoon black pepper.

    2 c of Fiesta cheese mix.

    Directions
    Step 1:

    Bake for 55-60 minutes, stirring every 20 minutes, until browned and crispy and browned on the outside.
