Lemon and blueberry bread

    *ingredients
    °1 cup plus 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
    °2 teaspoons baking powder
    °3 large eggs
    °1 cup granulated sugar
    °1 cup plain yogurt or sour cream
    °Half a teaspoon of salt
    °Half a teaspoon of vanilla
    °Half a cup of vegetable oil
    °2 teaspoons of lemon peel
    °1 1/2 cups fresh or frozen blueberries
    +Lemon glaze/syrup
    °2-3 tablespoons of lemon juice
    °1 cup sifted powdered sugar

    Preheat oven to 350 *
    Greased sides and bottom of cake pan
    Sift all dry ingredients for bake
    In  bowl, mixing all wet ingredients
    Gradually add dry ingredients
    In a separate bowl, add 1 tablespoon of the flour to the blueberries and gently stir into the mixture
    Pour batter into prepared pan
    Bake for 50 to 55 minutes. If a toothpick comes out clean, the bread is done.
    We taking it out of the oven and let it cool for 10 mn
    Remove the bread from the pan and let it cool on a cooling rack
    In a small saucepan over low heat, add the powdered sugar to the lemon juice and let it dissolve. Leave it to simmer for 3 minutes
    Using a toothpick, poke holes all over the bread, on the top and sides
    Using a pastry brush, brush top and sides with lemon syrup.
    Leave it to set for 15 minutes before serving
