    Creamy Fruit and Biscuit Dessert

    Ingredients:

2 cups of heavy cream (or whipped cream)

1 can of sweetened condensed milk (400g)

    1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

2 cups of mixed fruits (e.g., strawberries, raspberries, or any fruit of choice)

200g of biscuits or graham crackers

Optional: 1/2 cup of milk for dipping the biscuits

    Instructions:

    1. Prepare the Cream Mixture:

In a large bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.

Gently fold in the sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract until fully combined.

    1. Prepare the Fruits:

Chop the fruits into small pieces.

    1. Layer the Dessert:

In a rectangular or oval dish, spread a thin layer of the cream mixture at the bottom.

Add a layer of biscuits (dip them quickly in milk if you want them softer).

Spread a layer of the cream mixture over the biscuits.

    Add a layer of fruits.

Repeat the layers until all the ingredients are used, finishing with a layer of cream on top.

    1. Chill:

Cover the dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight, to allow the layers to set.

    1. Serve:

    Scoop and serve chilled.

Enjoy this creamy and refreshing dessert!
