Last night I whipped up a batch of irresistible Butter Toffee Pretzels. The combination of sweet and salty flavors in this snack is simply addictive. Let me share the recipe with you:
Ingredients:
– 4 cups mini pretzels
– 1 cup unsalted butter
– 1 cup brown sugar
– 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
– 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
– Sea salt, for sprinkling
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Place pretzels in a single layer on the baking sheet.
3. In a saucepan, melt butter and brown sugar over medium heat, stirring constantly.
4. Once melted, let it boil for 3 minutes without stirring.
5. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.
