Kentucky Bourbon Balls:

Ingredients:
2.5 cups finely crushed vanilla wafers
1.5 cups finely chopped pecans
1/3 cup plus 2 tablespoons Kentucky bourbon
1 cup powdered sugar
2 tablespoons light corn syrup
1/2 cup powdered sugar for dusting
Instructions:
1. Combine bourbon and 1 cup powdered sugar in a bowl, then mix in corn syrup.
2. Stir in vanilla wafer crumbs and pecans until well combined.
3. Chill covered for 25 minutes.
4. Shape into small balls and roll in the extra powdered sugar.
5. Store in an airtight container.
