Ingredients for Easter cake:
eggs – 2 pcs.;
vanilla sugar – 8 g;
salt – a pinch;
sugar – 120 g;
sour cream – 50 g;
cottage cheese 9% – 200 g;
butter – 50 g;
flour – 230 g;
baking powder – tsp;
raisins – 100 g.
Preparation of Easter cake:
Break the eggs into a bowl, add vanilla sugar, salt and regular sugar, beat with a mixer until fluffy. Add sour cream and cottage cheese to the mixture, pour in the melted butter and continue whisking.
Pour flour and baking powder into the mixture and knead into a thick dough. Wash and dry the raisins, add to the dough and mix again.
