Make the Pastry Dough
In large mixing bowl, add flour and sugar.
Then, add the chilled butter and cut using a pastry cutter or by hand until the mixture is coarse and crumbly.
Add the egg yolk and 2 tablespoons cold water to it. In case the dough is quite thick and dry and doesn’t come together, add more water one teaspoon at a time.
To form a patty, place the dough inside a colored plastic and put it in a refrigerator for at least half an hour.
Make the Berry Filling:
In a medium sized saucepan, mix together the berries, sugar, lemon juice, and cornstarch.

In a big dish, add cold heavy cream and whip till soft peaks formed.

Preheat your oven at 190C or 375F and line your baking tray with parchment paper.
Roll out the cold dough on a floured surface to a thickness of about one eight inch.
Use about 2 inch small cutting and cut the dough in squares or round pieces.
Scoop a tiny spoonful of the berry filling in the center of each her dough and a bit of the cream filling on top.
