Ingredients :
β 100g of oatmeal
β 2 medium apples
β 100ml of Water
β 1 banana media
β 2 medium eggs (or vegan substitute)
β 1 teaspoon of baking powder
β 70g of almonds (or other peeled fruits)
β 50g of raisins

1. Making apples: wash, peel and crush. Put them to the side.
2. Dough preparation: In a blender, add oatmeal, chopped banana, eggs (or vegan substitute), baking powder and water. Blend until it gets a homogeneous compound.

3. Adding other ingredients: Transfer batter into a large bowl. Add sliced apples, coarsely chopped almonds (or other peeled fruits) and raisins. Mix well to distribute the ingredients evenly.
4. Cooking: Pour the dough in a pan coated with baking paper (17cm). Level the surface with the back of a spoon.
5. Bake in a preheated oven to 180Β°C for 40 minutes, or until the cake is golden brown and a steak inserted in the center comes out clean.
6. Service: Let cake cool before cutting it. If you wish, you can spray with powdered sweetener before serving.
