Grease a baking sheet and set oven temperature to 350°F, or 175°C.
After unrolling the crescent dough, cut it into triangles.
Combine the strawberries with the sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and vanilla extract.
Spread some strawberry mixture onto the broad side of each triangle of dough.
