You may have noticed that a dark circular stain forms around the sink faucet , which is difficult to remove and gives the sink an old and dirty look.

o avoid using bleach (a wise decision!) we suggest some effective tricks to eliminate dark stains around the taps naturally and without exposing our health to risk.
Cloth trick . This method, which is the simplest and fastest, consists of passing a cloth soaked in vinegar over the stain. This ingredient, in fact, is a natural deoxidizer that removes the yellow or black stain while polishing and disinfecting thoroughly. If the stain does not come off, apply vinegar directly on it and pass the cloth over it about 30 minutes later.
Lemon . This citrus fruit also has disinfectant and lightening properties, which help eliminate stains. Rub half a lemon directly on the dark stain, leave it to act for a few minutes then clean with a cloth. Repeat if the stain does not come off.
Borax . This is one of the most powerful stain removers on almost any bathroom surface. Apply borax directly to the stain, then pour vinegar over it. After 20 minutes, scrub with a sponge, then rinse with water and dry thoroughly. Wear gloves and a mask while applying borax.
